O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading contractor specialising in hotel & leisure, education, data centres, commercial, residential, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Due to the growth of the business, they now need additional support from an Office Manager to assist in their office in East London.
Main Duties

Compile documents & presentations
-
Prep meeting rooms
-
Be the first point of contact for clients
-
Liaise with other offices for support
-
Organise starter packs and on boarding for new starters
-
Manage diaries
-
Order office supplies
-
Office up keeping
On offer is a salary up to £40,000 in addition to hybrid working and 30 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays!)
To be successful, you must have experience working in the role of an Administrator / Office Manager and ideally have worked in the construction industry.
