Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming visitors with a friendly and professional attitude

Dealing with phone enquiries and emails and transferring to the correct departments

Sorting mail and distributing to relevant department
-
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
-
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
-
Coordinating accommodation and hire vehicles as and when required for engineers
-
Updating internal training matrix and preparing fuel card reports.

Booking servicing and MOTs for engineers as required

Frankin mail
-
Testing fire alarms weekly
About You:
-
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred

Strong clerical, administrative, and organisational skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
-
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
