Job Overview
We're looking for a Finance Administrator to support Sales and Purchase Ledger teams, Credit Control, and Management Account functions. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent university graduate, or A-Level graduate, who is looking to pursue a career in finance. You will be joining a fast-growing company that values internal growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and raise sales invoices and credit notes.
Monitor and chase client contract documentation.
Process supplier invoices and manage payments.
Maintain spreadsheet information for Finance use.
Resolve invoice queries and discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams or clients.
Post cash daily and allocate it to ledger accounts.
Chase outstanding debts via email and telephone.
Assist with the payments team email inbox, responding to queries from clients.
Assist with month-end financial tasks.
Essential Skills and Competencies
Confident with strong communication skills; experience dealing with customers is ideal.
Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines.
An excellent eye for detail is essential for this role.
Enthusiastic with a good work ethic.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to work on your own initiative and remain calm under pressure.
