Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a respected leader in the construction and fit-out industry, known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. Their team is growing, and as a result, we are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join their dynamic office.
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the office. You will have comprehensive experience in the construction industry, including knowledge of accounts, ISO standards, and providing support to the design team. This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
Key responsibilities of this role include;

Office Management: Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Accounts Support: Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, purchase orders, and liaising with the finance team.

ISO Compliance: Oversee and maintain ISO standards within the office, ensuring all procedures and documentation are up to date and compliant.

Team Support: Provide administrative support to the design team and other departments as needed, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.

Communication: Act as a central point of contact within the office, handling correspondence, managing incoming calls, and ensuring effective communication across the team.

Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues that arise in the office, implementing solutions quickly and effectively.

Adaptability: Be ready to take on a variety of tasks, adjusting priorities as needed to support the overall success of the business.
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in office management, preferably within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction-related accounts processes.

Knowledge of ISO standards and experience in maintaining compliance.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

The successful applicant can expect;
