I am recruiting on behalf of a well-known construction firm who are currently looking for a senior payroll administrator. In this role, you will be an integral part of payroll department and will support employees with their day-to-day queries and process their monthly payrolls
Responsibilities

Working with the HR & Payroll Manager and senior stakeholders across the business to drive change including automation within the payroll function.

Processing high volume busy monthly payroll in a team from start to finish.

Working within Payroll deadlines
-
Processing monthly payroll data for starters, leavers, and changes.

Amending any change to pay and overtime payment.

Managing of the Payroll inbox

Dealing with payroll queries from employees
What you need:

3+ years of Payroll experience
-
Previous payroll experience within a busy payroll environment.

High level of proficiency with Excel
-
Organised and able to work under tight deadlines to meet payroll deadlines
