Position: Service Advisor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Accurately record customer concerns, service requirements, and vehicle details for service or repair.

Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress, costs, and any additional work required.

Provide clear explanations of service and repair options to customers, offering advice and recommendations as needed.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and care.

Manage invoicing, payment processing, and relevant service documentation.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining regular contact and follow-up.

Contribute to achieving department sales targets by promoting additional products and services.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Proficient in using automotive software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
