The team is looking for someone who has some experience in administration of invoicing/invoice tracking systems
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leeds team.

Manage the team’s invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and maintaining invoice tracking systems.

Execute day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Provide front-of-house support, including meeting room coordination and setup.

Perform other administrative and business support duties as required.
