Duties of a Office Administrator:
Working alongside and supporting colleagues.
Preparing quotes and proformas,
Liaising with customers via phone and email,
Scheduling appointments,
Coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods,
Maintaining customer records on internal databases,
To liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
Producing reports on a regular basis using the tools available.
Details of a Office Administrator Position:
Monday to Friday
Working 09:00-15:00
Pay £27(Apply online only) to £3(Apply online only)0 depending on experience
