Our client specialises in implementing e-enabled systems that help organisations improve the way they manage their staff. Specifically, they focus on talent management processes including performance management, learning management and eLearning. They have a deep knowledge and experience of the UK healthcare and public sectors and are unique in their understanding of people, education, process and technology.
On their behalf we are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager who has experience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Totara, to join their established team. The role is primarily focused on existing client account management, renewals, and increasing revenue by promoting services and closing up-sell opportunities. Responsible for strengthening client relationships, client retention, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities of the role include;

Account management of existing client contracts

Work with the Commercial management team to analyse existing client contracts and relationships, and identify risks and opportunities to support annual revenue targets.

As part of account management, arrange and attend virtual (and in person) meetings with clients and prospects (including renewal and account-planning meetings, pitches, demos).

Contribute to marketing activities, including social media posts/schedule, to support social authority and client/prospect-related campaigns and regular communications.

Assist with virtual and in-person client-related events (and sales events).

Use the CRM platform to administrate and manage Account data, updates, records, up-sell opportunities and deals.

Assist with the development of marketing/product-based collateral (Factsheets, proposals, etc).

Assist with pre-sales, tender and procurement processes and administration, where required.

Coach and support new members of the Commercial team on relevant process and procedure.
To be consider for this role the successful candidate will have experience of
-
Moodle based system experience including Totara LMS
-
Learning and Performance systems and process, ideally within the public and health sector(s), including compliance and risk reporting

Strong core IT skills including excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including advanced Excel for Advanced manipulation of data for data upload and reporting purposes

Project deployment and support

Excellent Customer Service and communication skills

HRMS /LMS and ePerformance /eAppraisal systems
