We are looking to recruit an experienced 360 Recruiter.
Our recruitment business has, up until now, serviced our own group of companies fulfilling a wide range of requirements, however, we want to widen our offering to other clients in the Facilities Management Sector and are looking for an experienced recruiter to help make this a reality.

Full 360 experience, developing opportunities with new clients whilst Identifying and meeting suitable candidates.

Agreeing terms with new clients

Overseeing / Managing a resourcer who will assist with developing our candidate database

Write and post adverts on our website and external job boards

Work closely with the Managing Director to discuss and implement new business strategies
Candidate Specification:
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in a 360 recruitment role

Experience of working or recruiting for permanent positions in the FM sector would be advantageous
-
Ability to demonstrate billings at previous companies
-
Some experience of management would be desirable but not essential

Ability to demonstrate prior experience of working with cold clients and developing new business relationships

Full UK driving licence
