Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office after training

Our client, one of the UK's largest banking groups, is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to support their Customer Service Operations team, specialising in the management of loans for business assets.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and internal stakeholders manage mortgages and settlements. To do this, you will be provided with a thorough training programme of about 6-8 weeks, and ongoing support afterwards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing both inbound calls to log new queries, and outbound calls to follow up on tasks
Providing advice and guidance on processes relating to asset finance
Liaising with internal teams such as relationship managers and legal for complex queries
Providing sign off for high value settlements
Ensure all records are up to date and compliantKey Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Experience working in customer services, managing a high volume of calls
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to handle complex information and work to a high level of detail
Proficiency in IT packages such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to use own judgement
