Role : Human Resources Manager Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 ( Monday to Friday ) - Hybrid Pay: Up to £50,000 dependant on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to join one of our longstanding clients in Baginton
This role could potentially go permanent after 12 weeks for suitable candidates.
Human Resources Manager Criteria:

Effectively communicate positive and constructive feedback

Ensure a high level of skill and capability to deliver business objections within the department

Being a Visible leader within the department

Follow employment processes at all times (Conduct, performance, absence)
Duties of Human Resources Manager:

Ensure all direct reports have 121/PDR per quarter with appropriate development actions

Utilise the warehouse and logistics managements tolls, to run your department

Create an environment where all safety, bullying or harassment incidents are actively managed and eradicated

Follow all legal compliance policies
Qualifications and Experience required of a Human Resources Manager:

Ability and successful track record of demonstrable leadership and management behaviours

Good verbal, IT, influencing, emotional intelligence and written communication skills

A full understanding of HR Issues and how they impact the business

Demonstrate versatility within tight operational, legislative and a volume changing environment to prevent service or cost impact
