Scout Recruiting has an opportunity for a Senior Administrator/Office Manager to join a local business to Stamford. The company is a small, well-established business, with an exciting product and the loveliest of people to work with.
We are looking for someone that enjoys a busy and varied role, supporting the Director and the wider team with the day to day duties. You need to be IT savvy and someone who is happy to muck in whenever jobs are needed to be done. It’s very much a team effort at this company.
Full or Part time permanent role 5 days a week - Minimum 4 hours a day. Salary between £16- £20 per hour DOE. The job offers flexibility in terms of hours and location, free parking, 25 days holiday a year plus BH.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily/Weekly/Organisation and Diary Management for the Director.

Management of inbox messages

Identifying clients that need contacting and scheduling into Director’s diary.

Organising the travel/hotel arrangements for Director/ client meetings/ actors

Data inputting onto CRM information from calls made by the Director - making sure that client files are kept updated.

Reception duties including answering the telephone, dealing with queries, redirecting calls as necessary and taking messages; greeting visitors; managing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments where necessary, ordering stationery and making sure supplies are well stocked.

Keep on top of the documents and subscriptions including client contracts to make sure nothing important expires that will in a vital part of the business.

Keep on top of Legal, compulsory and other documents that need to be displayed in the office.

New employees - onboarding - all relevant information needed - maintain records and keep updated where necessary.

Employees – off boarding

Needs to align with IS(phone number removed) regulations and updates.

Additional administration duties on an as and when basis.
Key Skills
-
Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive. Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.

Organised with a proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.

Excellent standard of written English language
