My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a planned maintenance workstream in Kent.
The successful Site Manager will be overseeing social housing projects including new kitchens & bathrooms, window/door replacements, roof repairs and EWI installation. You will be organised, proactive and self-motivated. You will have experience managing planned maintenance contracts previously for a specialist planned maintenance contractor.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. You will also have a full UK driving license.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a permanent basis paying £50k-55k + Package.
