We have a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a 6 month contract basis. Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing suppliers who really take care of their team.
Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant
Sales invoice reconciliation.
Purchase Ledger.
Reconciliation of expenses.
Liaise with the finance team on financial matters.
Ensure accounts tasks are dealt with in a timely manner.
Requirements for a successful Finance Assistant
Minimum 2 years’ purchase ledger and accounts experience.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in SAGE/Xero.
Attention to detail.
Good customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
