The Role:
As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing support contracts and software license agreements across the business, both in the UK and internationally. You will play a key role in managing compliance, coordinating support services, and ensuring they deliver on their specifications and contractual obligations. This is a unique opportunity to develop, manage, and administer service management best practices within a global context.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide sales administration support to their Sales Team, assisting with customer negotiations for renewals of support and software license agreements.
– Take the lead in identifying contract needs, objectives, and support requirements.
– Draft, edit, and revise support and software license agreements with the support of their Contract Manager.
– Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and manage the issuance of demonstration licenses to prospective clients.
– Manage and update their ERP system, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all contractual documents and correspondence.
– Own and manage the renewals operational cycle, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales cycle from preparation to deal completion.
– Develop and optimise support and service processes, tools, and systems.
– Monitor contract deadlines and renewal dates to ensure timely execution and performance.
– Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding support and software license-related inquiries, building and maintaining positive relationships.
What You Bring:
– Degree in business administration, contract management, Law, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Strong understanding of contract administration, software licensing, invoicing, and customer support processes, including ERP systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organisational and time management skills.
– Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
– Previous customer service and administration or sales administration experience.
