We're looking to expand our team of Market Development Executive’s – we are looking for people with two years’ experience to join our team, however we provide a full training programme. You'll be joining a thriving, energetic team in a lively office environment. For an enthusiastic and driven candidate there are plenty of opportunities to earn commission on top of your salary.
Responsibilities

To proactively source leads and generate new business through high volumes of outbound telephone sales

To handle inbound telephone calls generated from web leads and other sources

To effectively manage sales opportunities and lead generation in order to optimise sales performance
-
To achieve defined productivity and appointment targets
-
To drive growth, revenue and business profitability

To deal with existing customers and new business in a positive and professional manner
-
To achieve high outbound telephone call rates daily of 100+

To work effectively with other team members in both sales and non-sales functions
