Core Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant:
Prepare detailed meeting notes and draft review letters using the business’s CRM system.
Attend external client meetings with an Advisor and drive the Advisor when required.
Address technical queries and ensure accurate and consistent responses by liaising with the Advisor.
Prioritize client outcomes to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service.
Offer approachable and proactive support to the wider team.
Redirect queries to allow the Advisor to concentrate on business growth.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and other critical developments to enhance effectiveness.
Efficiently book and manage client prospect meetings and review sessions.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as their main contact in the Advisor’s absence.
The Ideal Personal Assistant will possess:
Demonstrated experience in a support role within financial services or a related industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing records and client interactions.
Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
A proactive and self-motivated approach with superb time management capabilities.
A calm, professional demeanour, even under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A commitment to client confidentiality and a high standard of ethical professionalism.
A full UK driving license is essential
