Due to growth and expansion, my client is looking to recruit a Goods In Coordinator to join the team.
In this role, and reporting to the Goods Inwards Controller, the main responsibilities of the Goods In Coordinator will include the following:

Managing incoming deliveries into Good Inwards and the yard

Book in deliveries from suppliers, checking that the information matches the purchase order and undertake general checks in relation to product conformity to drawing and or specification.

Prompt receipting of deliveries into the ERP system in real time.

Where necessary offloading/onloading deliveries as required by the business with the aid of a Forklift truck.

Raising of Purchase orders, and tracking delivery.

Support the team with inventory counts.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good administrative skills with the ability to work under pressure. Have a high level of precision with regard to documentation, computer work, stock counts and checking accuracy of documents etc. Ideally you will have some experience within a warehouse environment, and hold a forklift licence (or be willing to be trained to do so)
