Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
OTE: £60,000 - £80,000 in the first year, with potential for increase after one year of billing

Since 1986, Daniel Owen Ltd. has been a leading specialist construction recruitment agency, covering all areas of the construction industry, including civils and groundworks- one of our original divisions. Following another successful year, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or sales professional to join our team in Reading. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with established accounts on a warm desk with live vacancies and clients. We are looking for a driven individual to grow and maintain this desk, with the potential to progress into a senior position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture existing client relationships through both phone and face-to-face interactions.
Source skilled individuals with the appropriate qualifications and experience.
Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from interview to offer stage.
Deliver top-tier service to ensure repeat business and client recommendations.Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in recruitment or sales (any sector).
Ability to motivate and inspire others, with ambitions to progress into a managerial role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to use initiative.
