Technical Advisor – Coffee & Vending
Location: Birmingham, Walsall, Oldbury, West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Hagley
Package: £25,000 - £29,000 plus additional company benefits.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday); Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
The Company
We are a leading multinational provider of hot beverage solutions, offering a wide range of coffee machines to the OOH, HoReCa, and vending sectors. Our machines are utilised by over 10,000 customers across more than 140 countries, generating a global revenue exceeding £300 million. As a Technical Advisor, you will work closely with some of these 10,000 customers.
The Role
As part of our internal technical team, you will be responsible for advising clients over the phone and troubleshooting issues with their machines. A strong technical background is essential, allowing you to effectively resolve the challenges they face. The machines you will be advising on include our bean-to-cup machines, traditional coffee machines, and vending machines. The end users you will support include businesses, hotels, health and leisure facilities, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.
The Person
Do you have a proven track record in engineering within the coffee and vending industry? We are also interested in hearing from candidates with experience in white goods, three-phase electrics, or electro-mechanical systems. You must be able to communicate clearly with customers over the phone and be both numerate and proficient in IT
