Competitive salary: Up to £35,000 DOE + £500 bonus paid per placement.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Candidate Resourcer to join our team. This role is pivotal to our continued success, supporting high-level recruitment processes and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional candidates to our clients. The successful candidate for the Candidate Resourcer role will need to be proficient in resourcing, with a strong understanding of the tools and platforms required to attract and engage top-tier talent.
Role and responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer:

Utilise advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Ordo, and Salesforce to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Create client profiles and position descriptions to attract top talent

Maintain an updated and organised candidate database, ensuring all interactions and candidate information are accurately recorded.

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.

Support follow-up activities based on the calls and interactions made by the recruitment team throughout the day.

Assist with managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress on ongoing recruitment projects.

Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements for the Recruitment Resourcer:

Proven experience in a similar resourcing role within a recruitment agency.

High level of professionalism with the ability to confidently interact with business owners, directors, and senior leaders.

Strong experience with resourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Ordo, Salesforce, and job posting platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging client profiles.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
