Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently supporting our Client, a successful company based in Troon to recruit an Accounts Administrator and join their established finance team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities Include
Processing of supplier invoices
Create, check and approve purchase orders
Daily banking and payment
Statement Reconciliation
Process expenses and petty cash
Support month end
Monitor, update and track financial data on spreadsheets
Provide support within the teamExperience Required
Ideally recent graduate in Accountancy or AAT, HND qualified candidates
Previous data entry &/or data processing skills
Excellent accuracy and keen eye for detail
Confident IT skills, this should include MS Excel
Able to work in a team environment and support with varied tasks
