THE QUALIFICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Provide essential support to process membership applications.
Provide administrative support to support pathways to membership.
Handle enquiries by phone and email.
Update membership records.
Process member expenses.
Assist with the recruitment of members.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Recent administration experience.
Competent in Outlook (emails), Excel, Word and database systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Great attention to detail.
