We are pleased to be partnering with an organisation in the public sector who are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
As Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will report into the HR Service Lead and manage a team of 6, with the support of the Assistant Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the day to day of the payroll & benefits team
Ensuring staff are paid correctly and on time
Act a key point of contact for pay and benefits related projects
Maximise the use of iTrent
Act as the payroll lead on the continued implementation of iTrent
Experience required:
ITrent superuser
Strong people management experience
Experience of working within the public sector
