A manufacturing company based in Troon is currently seeking to recruit a B2B salesperson. The company operates across multiple locations in Ireland and Scotland.
Role Overview
The Internal Salesperson, reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, will be an integral part of a team supporting the company’s ongoing growth and investment in the UK and Irish markets, particularly within the construction, pallet wood, and fencing industries.
Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts and conduct sales, both repeat and new, over the phone to an established customer base.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve agreed targets.

Experience with an ERP system for order processing is desirable but not essential.

Record all relevant market information in the CRM system.

Coordinate sales needs with the production department.

Address and resolve customer queries and issues.

Perform general day-to-day office administration.
Skills and Experience
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, target-driven, and thrive on challenges. A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of two years’ sales experience would be advantageous.
