A vacancy has arisen for someone to join our small friendly back office team team of 7 in an finance administrative role. The role is office-based Monday-Thursday and working from home Friday. For someone with relevant experience we would consider a part time, 3 or 4 days per week contract. One of the best things about the role is the variety of the work, undertaking duties such as:
- Weekly Contractor payroll
- Credit control
- Purchase ledger
- Cash allocation
- Responding to Contractor/Client requests
You will be given responsibility for the above at an early stage so the role will suit somebody who is:
- Confident and importantly accurate
- Enjoys dealing with people
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task.
You must be proficient in Outlook with basic Excel skills. If you have experience of TempPaid and Sage 50 applications it would be a bonus but not essential. You do need to have had experience in either payroll and/or credit control.

Up to £28,000 plus up to £3,600 bonus depending on experience
