About the Role
As the Payroll Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all payroll operations. You will be responsible for managing a small payroll team, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of employee payrolls for a range of different sized clients.
The Responsibilities include:

Management of a small team.
-
Process end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls.

Calculate and process statutory deductions (PAYE, National Insurance, pension contributions).

Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
-
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to improve payroll processes.

Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and our internal policies and processes.
About You
Are you a motivated Payroll Supervisor with experience of working in an accountancy firm. If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:

2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Deep understanding of UK payroll regulations.

Proficiency in the use of Brightpay software.
