Role Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
Provide in-depth customer support on a range of products and technologies via phone and email
Provide specific guidance on configuration and set-up of equipment
Help customers to understand and adapt to new products quickly
Assist in efficient diagnosing and rectifying of issues
Determine customer's specific requirements and meet this need with the design of a 'best fit' solution Rewards
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will receive:
A starting salary on £28,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
Annual uncapped bonus

Working hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00-17:00 FridayRequirements
To be successful in this Technical Support Engineer role, you should be:
From a CCTV or IT Networking background
