We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to oversee the fit out works. This scheme is located in Cambridgeshire and has a duration of 2 years of work.

Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Overseeing all internal fit out works
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Strong residential fit out experience
• 10+ years management experience
