They are now looking to recruit an Internal Sales Administrator to support the business on a permanent basis. You will be joining a great North-East people focused organisation with a strong history, a fantastic leadership team who have a clear forward-thinking vision, and the role offers a secure positive future.
The Job you’ll do

Input orders to the ERP system in a timely manner

Handling inbound customer and representative sales calls

Liaise with customers and the finance department to obtain required missing information to process orders

Basic customer complaint administration
-
Order inbox triage
-
New customer set up
-
Use of the Part Configurator
-
Liaise across internal departments to ensure customers’ needs are met

Support the external sales function
-
Support the wider team functions and carry out other tasks where required

Improve processes to increase operational excellence within the Technical Sales arena.

Act as liaison between customers and other departments, ensuring accurate and timely relay of information to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
About You
-
Previous internal sales or a customer focused role within manufacturing or engineering is essential.

Experience working with an ERP system.

Positive and enthusiastic with effective interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects

Appetite for continuous learning/improvement

Clear, articulate communication skills both oral and written, including telephone manner

Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
