This is a role that requires dynamic, problem solvers to run through their client support holding high customer service satisfaction at the highest regard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls and correspondence from customers
Delivering step by step technical support
Support updating records, Trackers and databases
Create service reports based on support given over the telephone
Work closely with multi functional departments to organise maintenance and scheduled works Key Skills Required:
