Our client, a global leader in medical devices, is seeking a Portfolio Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of their Vascular Access portfolio across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth: Deliver the annualised sales and gross profit budget by increasing market share across the full Vascular Access catheter portfolio.
Distributor Management: Oversee existing distributors with regular business reviews, growth plans, and relationship-building activities. Proactively identify and onboard new distributors to enhance revenue and profitability.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Track and report on new and existing evaluation and tenders, ensuring contract compliance and presenting market insights to the Senior Management Team.
Product Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams and distributors to identify and attend key regional events, promoting products and generating leads across Europe.
In-Field Support: Visit distributors and their customers, providing product training and in-hospital support to drive growth and ensure successful product integration.
Who We're Looking For:
Medical Devices Expertise: Demonstrable experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record in international sales and distributor management.
Commercial Acumen: Highly competent in leading commercial discussions at a senior level, with experience in budget setting and sales analysis.
Proactive & Results-Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on achieving results.
Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification
Your Working Environment:
This role offers a balance between working from home (50% of your time) and travelling internationally (50% of your time) to engage with distributors and support sales teams in hospitals across Europe. Occasionally, you’ll be required to attend meetings at the UK headquarters in the UK Midlands.
