Role: People Data and Experience Manager
Location: London (International House)
As the People Data & Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering initiatives which add insight and data points to promote our culture, enabling our people to thrive and develop their careers with us.
About the role:
- Collaborating with the People Team and key stakeholders to build a best practice employee experience using insight and data.
- Managing data and reports using internal systems.
- Lead with data capture and input relating to accreditation, compliance and governance requirements.
- To assess and provide high-level data & insights from our current people systems and provide specialist expertise for the resolution of routine and complex queries.
- Updating and maintaining records on internal systems and platforms.
About you:
- An analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Use insight to creatively solve challenges through well thought out initiatives.
- Experience in analysing raw data and turning it into a comprehensible and insightful source of truth.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Tenacity and resilience in juggling multiple stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using the brand tone of voice for the business.
- Confidence in own judgement to course correct and problem solve.
