As a Housekeeping Manager, we will support you to:

As a Housekeeping Manager your main duties and responsibilities will be:
Supporting the Executive Housekeeper to ensure that rooms are being cleaned to the Kimpton standards, public areas are kept clean (and safe) for our guests and that the overall department is running smoothly
Communicating both internally within the housekeeping team and externally, both with the wider hotel team and any external companies (such as linen deliveries, amenities contractors etc)
Ensuring all Team Members have completed relevant training and are confident with all aspects of their role
Managing the shift you are working, dealing with complex guest requests or complaints and making sure all tasks within the Team have been completed
Working a variety of shifts including Days, Nights and Evenings (Weekends and Bank Holidays included) so you will have to be flexible and willing to work around Hotel demands
We are looking for someone who can work 40 hours across 5 shifts per week (shift times will vary, including weekends and bank holidays).

Management or Team Leading experience for 1+ years in a property of similar size & standard within a busy Housekeeping department
Proven track record of success with cleanliness scores and overall cleaning of the Hotel
Have an awareness of market trends and the ability to implement new initiatives
Good understanding of systems to support driving results Opera, Delphi, Microsoft suite
