An opportunity has arisen for an Financial Administrator to join a dynamic customer support team within a Bridging Finance lender based in Manchester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle various aspects of loan administration,
Position for the Administrator:
The purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer service to the Lenders customers and their representatives and to fulfil accurate and timely administration of our specialist loan/mortgage accounts, ensuring such actions are completed accurately and timely in line with the Lenders processes and risk appetite.
Requirements for the Administrator:
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (within Financial Services).
• A comprehensive understanding and knowledge of MS Office suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel).
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience working within Mortgages would be beneficial, however experience within Car Finance, Loans, Insurance or any type of Financial Services background.
• Excellent attention to detail.
Other information for the Administrator:
• To manage the team inbox, ensuring all inbound enquiries are logged on the team’s central workload spreadsheet in accordance with team procedure requirements.
• To take inbound telephone calls, helping customers and their representatives to resolve their enquiry or transferring/escalating to the appropriate team or colleague to assist.
• To complete refund and invoice payment referrals via our payments system.
• To manage general administrative tasks including mortgage statements, customer contact detail updates, and amendments to direct debit.
• To maintain accurate customer records across the Lender’s databases and systems to ensure accurate and prompt audit trails on all accounts/files.
