Position Overview:
Our client is currently seeking a Hire Controller to join the hire control desk. This role is integral to their operations, involving client liaison, contract management, and coordination with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Handle all hire, sales, and service enquiries from clients via phone and email.
- Contract Management: Create and confirm on-hire and off-hire contracts.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the transport team to arrange deliveries and collections.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management on all aspects of stock control, warehouse coordination, and workshop departments.
The Candidate:
- You MUST have had experience of being a Hire Controller or Hire Manager for a Plant/tool hire company in the past .
- Ability to commute to Dagenham daily and also to work the occasional Saturday
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
