My client is a leading residential developer who has luxury schemes in Nine Elms, London! They are seeking an experience customer relations manager who can manage a development alone and on site.
Customer Relations Manager Role:
• To help manage, build and continually improve my clients Customer Experience offer.
• To ensure a five-star service is provided to our clients.
• To lead the Customer Experience team on your allocated residential
project(s), owning all elements of the project setup and customer journey
including but not limited to project mobilisation, purchaser communications,
completions, handovers and home demonstrations, purchaser snagging,
defects and contractor management throughout the defects liability period,
including reporting and general administration.
