Administrator
Reddbrick are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work with our Client in Milton Keynes. Our Client is an established Group of construction businesses, providing a range of stand-alone or fully integrated services.
The role will be based at a Head Office and the candidate will support the day to day running of the office and providing administrative support to the team.
Administrator role

Complete office based Administration.

Be the key contact for the Head Office.

Meet and greet clients, contractors and staff.

Provide administrative support to Site teams.

Utilise excel, microsoft office and workflow packages

Liaisie with cstomers.

Support with purchasing and invoices.
Administrator Skills needed

Proven planning and process management skills

Attention to detail, accuracy and methodical approach to duties

Must be able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively in English

Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel. PowerPoint preferable
Experience of office management in Construction is desired, the role will be based in a Head Office.
