Cleaning Operations Manager
You will be required to run multi-site contracts across London and the Southeast of England with a need to commute regularly to the clients head office in South London. The working hours will be from 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday (very occasion weekend cover may be needed) and the role will include some of the following:
· Ad Hoc & Specialist Works to deliver a high-quality cleaning and specialist operation across multiple sites, including healthcare, office, education, and Third Sector businesses.
· Manage and control the cleaning services to the agreed specification, quality and service standard required by all contracts, measured by both qualitative and financial targets
· Ability to liaise and work professionally and personably with all associated departments and staff
· Planning and monitoring quality control and quality management systems around client's requirements
· Contain and monitor costs against budgets
· Generate and submit monthly KPI Reports
· Ensure that cleaning programs are implemented and reported
· Lead by example and carry out cleaning tasks where required
Demonstrate Hands on Approach
Experience required:
· Previous management experience at a similar level.
· Excellent interpersonal skills -demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence at all levels internally and externally.
· Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.
· Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to contribute as an effective team member within the Management Team. Have an understanding and experience of managing budgets and strict wage control.
· Demonstrate a positive client focused approach and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
· The ability to organise your workload, juggle priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
· Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety and HR legal requirements.
· The ability to work flexibly where required.
DBS will be required.
Clean Full UK Driving Licence Essential.
Salary will be dependant upon experience (between £35k and £40k per annum)
