Facilities Assistant - £13.74 per hour - London
One of the UKs largest charities is seeking an experienced Post Room & Facilities Assistant to support their Facilities Team at their London head offices.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP (dependant on checks) for an initial 3-6 month period and will pay £13.74 per hour.
The main duties of the Post Room & Facilities Assistant will include:
Provide and maintain logistical postal and courier services
Booking taxis
Provide and maintain all reprographics services (internal and external)
Provide and maintain all stationery services
Provide ad-hoc cover as required to other facilities related services and functions
Provide an excellent customer service experience by being empathic, organised, calm and resilient when dealing with all customer enquiries.
Support facilities manager with project works
Support building services by checking in contractors, meeting room set ups.
Spot check and validate invoice information upon management request.
The ideal Post Room & Facilities Assistant will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Previous experience of working in a similar facilities role.
Experience on running reprographic, postal and courier services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise a range of conflicting tasks.
Ability to act professionally under provocation, exercise patience, courteousness, and flexibility and be sensitive to customers
Excellent time keeping and work attendance.
Excellent organisational skills and record keeping.
