Document Support Specialist

FPSG are seeking a Document production and support Analyst to join a new Global Business Centre. This is a fantastic career forming opportunity to join the core back-office functions of a global organisation, offering excellent professional progression prospects.
The Document Analyst role supports several areas of the business including Business Development, Marketing, Case handlers, Support assistants, paralegals, and operations. The role is extremely fast paced, and you will create high level documentation working alongside other Specialists.
In the Document Analyst role your responsibilities will include:
Produce a large amount of documentation and paperwork from briefs by editing and formatting using MS Office tools
Creating New and modifying existing templates.
Transcribe / Typing audio files swiftly and accurately.
Create, manipulate and execute diagrams in Word/PowerPoint and Excel
Work with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and assist where needed along with being able to request assistance effectively, sharing knowledge and experience
Provide quick and effective solutions to client's documentation queries and issues
Coordinating Project initiatives
Contributing to innovation and ideas of process improvement.
To be a successful Document Analyst you will have demonstrable skills and experience such as:
Experience in producing complex business critical Documents and Templates.
Experience of audio typing
Proficiency managing sensitive and confidential information
An advanced understanding of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio)
Ideally attained or working towards Microsoft Office Specialist / MOS Certification
Exposure to document repair and restyling tools ie DocXTools
Exposure to Document Management tools ie FileSite / iManage.
Exposure to Systems Management Tools such as Visual Files, Axxia, 3E, MatterSphere. Elite, Prolaw
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
A demonstrable focus on accuracy and quality
Proven independent problem-solving skills
The City Centre office is highly accessible with circa 2 or 3 days a week Hybrid working from home. Flexible working patterns can be accommodated with opportunities for early and/or late starts to the working day.
