Cavity Wall Insulation Project Manager
Contract Recruitment Experts are recruiting on behalf of market leading company at the forefront of the domestic retrofit market, and they specialise in providing energy efficient home improvements. They have grown significantly and have ambitious plans for the future. They are actively seeking an Cavity Wall Insulation Project Manager who will play a vital role in supporting their business growth. This is a newly created role within the company as they expand their business offering. It is crucial that their ‘Quality as Standard' ethos is reflected in all areas of our workmanship and consistently delivered across all projects therefore, the successful candidate must have an eye for detail delivering work of the highest calibre. The ideal candidate will be used to working within the Eco industry and have experience of Eco measures. This role is perfect for someone who knows the domestic insulation inside and out but is now ready for an office role rather than being on the tools.
Location: Accrington office, with occasional site visit
Installation Project Manager - Domestic Insulation (Cavity Wall Insulation)
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for growing the Cavity Wall insulation section of the business, ensuring that all installation projects are suitably planned, installed and evidenced.

Ensure accurate and effective project handover from survey, to install and submission.

Project planning to meet customer expectations

Schedule subcontractors (If required)

Ensure installation plans are effectively communicated to installation teams

Ordering of insulation materials required to complete install

Making sure ventilation requirements are followed

Following PAS2035 regulations
Requirements
-
Experience of working within the Eco industry is advantageous
-
Strong levels of knowledge, understanding and experience regarding installation of cavity wall insulation.

Understanding of Eco building pre-compliance (Ideal but not necessary)

Strong people management experience

Ability to work with all trades.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Google Docs

Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work

Strong operational and organisational skills

Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Salary: Depending on experience.
