Brook Street is seeking a Secretary for a period of 3 months with possibility of extension in the Derry City Area.
Our public sector client would like someone with five GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.
The hours of work are 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Duties will include
" Telephone & reception duties
" Minute taking
" Use of hospital systems for typing letters, locking letters and forwarding to GP'S
" Filing and forwarding on case notes to relevant teams
" Mail recording
" Recording of admission/discharge information
" Updating SharePoint
" Uploading audits
You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Minute taking experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
Previous experience in the NHS would be preferable.
The rate of pay is £11.67 per hour
