We are looking for a part time Payroller to oversee the payroll process for our client.
They run 1 weekly and 1 monthly payroll from (Apply online only) staff. Friendly and supportive team.
Responsible for completing an accurate and timely in-house payroll in compliance with regulations
Process employee expenses and administer Company benefits
Complete payroll cycle using computerised system
Monitor compliance with PAYE regulations and resolve any non-compliance issues
Prepare statutory reports required by HMRC (e.g. Form P11D’s, Real Time Information)
Maintain confidential payroll and HR records for audits
Administer company pension schemes and private healthcare schemes
Prepare employee-related reports on a monthly basis
Process expenses in line with HMRC guidelines
Maintain records for employee sickness and holidays
Benefits:
Part-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 2:00pm, 22.5 hours per week
Competitive salary of £19,900.00 pa (33k PA Pro Rata, £17/hr)

Ideal candidate:
3 to 5 years of in-house payroll experience or equivalent. This can be pure payroll or as part of your role.
Broad understanding of Tax and NI Compliance
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
