A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly company on a temporary contract. For this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

Credit control and producing aged debt reports for management in Excel

Bank reconsiliations of the USA company's bank accounts and paypal account

Credit card checking, coding and reconciling

Running monthly statements

Answering customer invoicing queries

VAT checks for the three companies prior to the FD completing the VAT returns

General accounts / administrative duties
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 2 days (16 hours) a week. They estimate this role to run between September - January, however there is a potential for this to be extended for the right person. Previous experience using Excel would be beneficial
