We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a Electrical Project Manager based in the Midlands that has comes from an installation background background preferably with experience in commercial projects.
The package for this project manager role is made up of a salary up to £65,000, with a £5000 car allowance, plus your holidays, with the wider package to be discussed during interview. Which in total takes this package to around £75K.
Whilst this position is going to be permanent, the first two projects have already been signed off so they're looking to hire someone prior to them kicking off so you can oversee the whole project. They'll be working under the PC on electrical installations across a couple of different hospitals.
Job Role:

Management of the installers on site ensuring they deliver to an industry standard and that agreed on the contract

Motivating your team to ensure projects are completed on time as there can often be a fast turnaround on projects

Working with the QS team to ensure projects remain on cost against quotes and provide regular reports on progress

To adopt a right first-time ethos with all aspects of the installation.

Conduct regular reviews of drawings/document control on site, ensuring the correct versions are being used and maintained

Project specific Health and safety / legal compliance to include the creation of your project specific RAMS, accident reporting and ensuring all operative on your projects are qualified to undertake the works expected of them.

Procuring materials at the best possible price alongside the commercial team
