As a Junior Project Manager, you'll oversee strategic national initiatives that contribute to the success behind one of the largest and fastest growing global retailers. From helping us develop the Next Level strategy for servicing our ever-growing estate to achieving best in class building operational efficiency, you'll have a mindset for success and problem-solving outlook. This is an entry level job, so if you have little professional experience, don't worry. Just bring your enthusiasm and passion and we will teach you the rest.

What you'll do
Manage end-to-end strategic Facility Management projects at national level related to the maintenance of Technical assets in the stores (heating, ventilation, lightning, building control systems, lifts, etc.)
Develop and present concepts up to Board level (for example, drafting a proposal for new lift strategy)
Support the regional Facility Managers by developing procedures and conducting trainings
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the selection and appointment of external consultants and contractors, including running and participating in the negotiation / tendering of contracts
Manage and monitor external contractors' performance
Analyse inspection reports, extract, and analyse sets of data to monitor on-going expenditure and trending building defects
Identify improvement potentials and develop implementation strategies
What you'll need
Degree educated (BSc/ MSc)
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business
Building management experience (advantageous)
Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for details
An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, resilience and adaptability
A passion for playing your part in a team and ability to work independently
Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Strong computer skills, including Power Point and Excel
Willingness to travel for 10-20% of the time with the occasional overnight stay
Full valid driving license
