The Role:
Due to expansion, our client is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity to work from their brand-new offices in Birmingham City Centre, with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Effectively manage the existing team of consultants.

Performance Monitoring: Manage daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to ensure aims and goals are achieved.

Candidate Attraction & Retention: Ensure effective strategies for attracting and retaining candidates.

Business Development: Identify and win new business opportunities.

Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing business relationships.

Financial Oversight: Take full responsibility for the P&L of the branch.
Requirements:

Experience in managing people.

Experience in agency recruitment.

Forward-thinking and innovative mindset.

Understanding of marketing and digital recruitment (preferred but not essential).
