My National corporate client is searching for a talented Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic Hemel Hempstead team. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in our success, leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills and industry expertise to drive our business forward. As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will:
Lead our sales initiatives, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the property sales process.
Collaborate with a diverse team, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate our collective performance. Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in real estate sales and negotiation.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Thorough understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
Proficiency in relevant industry software and technology. In return we offer a very competitive package:
Basic Salary up to £28,000 OTE £35,000
Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-4pm
